Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Wowstep Society provides strategic, creative, consulting, and advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Business and growth strategy

  • Brand positioning

  • Public Relations and strategic presence

  • Digital structure (websites, landing pages, digital assets)

  • Strategic consulting and advisory services

Due to their nature, these services are customized, intellectual, time-based, and non-tangible.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

General Rule

All payments made to Wowstep Society are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Setup fees

  • Monthly retainers

  • Project-based fees

  • Consulting sessions

  • PR services

  • Website development

  • Strategic planning

  • Reserved time or resources

  • Contracts with fixed terms

Once any internal process has begun — including discovery, planning, research, meetings, strategy development, or team allocation — no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Wowstep Society does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue growth

  • Lead generation

  • Sales

  • Media coverage

  • Press placements

  • Brand visibility

  • Social media growth

  • Event invitations

  • Financial return

Results depend on multiple external and internal factors beyond Wowstep Society’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Market conditions

  • Client decisions and execution

  • Budget allocation

  • Industry competition

  • Timing and consistency

By engaging Wowstep Society, the client acknowledges that:

Wowstep Society provides strategy, structure, guidance, and expertise — not promises or guarantees.

4. CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Recurring Services

  • Clients may request cancellation with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund.

  • Contracts with a minimum commitment term (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months) remain fully payable, even if the client chooses to discontinue services early.

4.2 One-Time or Project-Based Services

  • Once a project has started, cancellation does not result in a refund.

  • If the client chooses to stop a project, Wowstep Society:

    • retains all amounts paid

    • may terminate work immediately

    • is not obligated to deliver unfinished or future work

5. WOWSTEP SOCIETY RIGHT TO TERMINATE

Wowstep Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate services or contracts, without refund, if any of the following occur:

  • Late or missed payments

  • Breach of contract terms

  • Failure to provide required information or approvals

  • Lack of communication or collaboration

  • Excessive interference with agreed strategy

  • Abusive, unethical, or disrespectful behavior

  • Requests outside the agreed scope of work

  • Misuse of Wowstep Society’s brand or materials

  • Attempts to impose decisions that conflict with the approved strategy

In such cases:

  • All fees paid remain non-refundable

  • Wowstep Society may cease work immediately

  • Only completed deliverables (if any) will be released at Wowstep Society’s discretion

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respect timelines and approval processes

  • Communicate professionally and constructively

  • Understand that strategic services require trust and collaboration

Delays or issues caused by the client do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or contract termination without payment.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or credit card provider.

In the event of a chargeback attempt:

  • Wowstep Society reserves the right to dispute the charge

  • Any associated fees, legal costs, or damages will be the responsibility of the client

  • Services will be immediately suspended

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Wowstep Society is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Platform outages

  • Labor disputes

  • Technical failures

Such events do not entitle the client to refunds or contract termination.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All strategies, concepts, materials, designs, documents, and frameworks developed by Wowstep Society remain its intellectual property until full payment is received.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By purchasing, subscribing to, or engaging Wowstep Society’s services, the client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this policy

  • Agree to all terms stated herein

  • Accept that all payments are final and non-refundable
